After Reprocessing:

• Doc ID: gov.noaa.ncdc:C00005 "FIXED OBSERVATION STATION" and "RAIN GAUGE" no longer are recognized but "COMMERCIAL" is. It is showing up in other annotations too. The word is not in the abstract.

• Doc ID: gov.noaa.ncdc:C00682 "WEATHER STATIONS/NETWORK", "NEXRAD", "DOPPLER RADAR" are still capitalized in the annotation. In addition, "COMMERCIAL" and "COMPUTERS" are now recognized but are not in the abstract.
