ensure automatic analysis uploads to expipe and updates existing data

• [ ] Each module should reflect it's corresponding analysis e.g. spatial_overview (analysis) -> spatial_overview (module) etc.

• [ ] Analyzer as a base class with general methods to communicate with expipe and exdir. Each analysis is a subclass of Analyzer that implements the analysis method and populates the output (dict) to expipe. The subclass should have it's own file and the method "analyze". Each figure should be added to a list owned by Analyzer
• [ ] cli options for analysis could be loaded from the available analysis subclass names.
