Right now an expipe feature to deal with corrected clusters from the phy neo-gui is missing (merging/splitting/label etc). The output from the various automated sorters is not very reliable and has to be cleaned up. Suggested syntax:
expipe process neo-gui <action id>
The call might as well wipe the old spiketrains from the main.exdir/processing file tree
