Main updates:

remove exdir in favor of NWB (created upon registration)
use latest version of spikeinterface
move to src/pkg and pyproject.toml organization
remove support for Axona and Intan: only Open Ephys is included with test files
added sortingview curation
added option to run with singularity
added NWBViewer to interact with files
refactored tests
added GH actions
