I added an issue to CA2-MEC but will add it here too as it might be an issue with converting to nwb.
For some of the recordings i am trying to run through identify_neurons i get an error (see image). This happens for most of the recordings i have tested on, but not all. From what i can see, it looks like the sessions.csv is not being created or added to.
An example of recording sessions where this happens is ('148-071021-1', '148-071021-2', '148-071021-3', '148-071021-4', '148-071021-5', '148-071021-6') in maria/mec-social-nwb/actions
