When AntiAfk is activated and you move and jump yourself while it's activated, you get a jump boost which wouldn't normally be possible in vanilla. This could be detected by AntiCheat and ban you from servers. It basically combines the manually done jump on the keyboard with the jump of the AntiAfk.
I think it doesn't care if you touch the ground and can jump mid air no matter what, which is an illegal movement in vanilla.
