deprecate crops

ba_commoncropnames has been added to be compliant with BrAPI v1.2. I have also added some @note fields to the documentation of both ba_crops and ba_commoncropnames:

BrAPI Version, to specify in which version this call is specified
BrAPI Status, if not specified it means the call is still active else it will be given as deprecated

@c5sire can you update the test for the ba_commoncropnames call. After that in my opinion this issue can be closed! :smile:
