Add call locations/{id} #36

This call was next on my list to implement and test. I will inform you when it's finished, with ETA monday July 23.

/brapi/v1/locations/{locationDbID} has been added. Only thing left to do is implement the example ex-ba_locations_details.R and its unit testing, before the call can be closed.
