ba_studies_layout PUT call is missing #49

So far only the GET method for ba_studies_layout has been implemented. To be compliant with v1.2 the PUT method needs to be added.

I have been wercking my brain on how to implement ba_studies_layout_update (my suggestion for the PUT method). Have not yet found a good solution for it.

Will get on it.

Still a lot of other calls missing. WIll add them one by one and close the generic issue.
