Rework packaging of mud-supervisor #14

mud-supervisor should not be served behind eg. nginx as it needs to serve its own TLS certs, direct access to TLS connexion with client, etc. Look into what can be done to improve current packaging.

Also need to configure the package/LXC to have the DB created and mounted from the host instead of being shipped in the package. This will allow an easier update path.

Configure container to have ::2 as its IP address (no v4).
