Deleting a file does not prevent an external user to download it

Describe the bug After sharing a file with an external user, then deleting this file, I would like the users to not be able to download this file.

To Reproduce

1. Login
2. Share a new file with internal/external users
3. Delete the file
4. Try to download the file using its link

Expected behavior The file shouldn't be found
