Currently, all the users have the same quota (maximum files upload total size). However, specific users like admins or officials should be allowed to upload more. On the contrary side, one could decrease the quota for specific users (e.g. inactive users) when necessary.
This option should be given to administrators.
Describe the solution you'd like
An administration tab should be implemented in order to allow the following use case:
Administrator logs into Easyshare.
Administrator accesses the Easyshare admin tab.
Administrator searches for a specific user.
Administrator changes the user's quota.
User receives a mail indicating that her quota was adjusted to X bytes.
