All buttons are now square to match the ion-cards #76

CHRONI is close to working with Ionic 3. All buttons now look like standard ionic buttons. Version is currently at v1.0.0 but before official release we need to change to v2.0.0 differentiate from old CHRONI. The version number should also appear in the splash screen or about screen.
