Continued refactoring by extracting interfaces for various flavors of fraction and added a rudimentary legacy data importer for the DIBBs Useries project. Also tweaked the UKansas filereader template to improve division of background from peak readings. Turned off data table at top of main window pending review by users. Fixed bug that failed to handle all zero values in background robustly by filling the diagonal of the covariance matrix with very small positive numbers. Noah McLean working on a better fix.
