Squid3 is being developed by the Cyber Infrastructure Research and Development Lab for the Earth Sciences (CIRDLES.org) at the College of Charleston, Charleston, SC and Geoscience Australia as a re-implementation in Java of Ken Ludwig's Squid 2.5. - please contribute your expertise!
I'm pretty sure that when I open a squid file generate in an OLD version with the latest version, I lose the rejects that I chose when I made/saved the file. I think this occurs in the "project has been Updated for this version of squid" process - anytime I see that message, when I then check the calib constants all analyses are included. Its not a huge deal for your RefMat's if your default is auto-reject as the some ones will be rejected but it is a pretty big problem with manual rejects to ensure that the calibration for your unknowns doesn't change when you open a file.
