Added SpeciesColors record, as well as mapOfSpeciesToColors within Analysis.

Be sure to follow up on Codacy faults. Make PlotType have additional attribute(s) for 'pretty printing' as per MassSpectrometerContextEnum example PlotType needs to be refactored to "DetectorPlotFlavor". (we had said FaradyPM)
