For entering and saving per user parameters such as cycles per block (current built-in default is 10 for files with no cycles/block info) and r18O_16O (currently default = 0.00205). Please comment on additional candidates. Thanks.

We'll need an MCMC parameters block:

Total iterations
Burn-in duration
Sieve interval Probably some more

Also, Chauvenet's criterion parameter (default = 0.5)
