Ojalgo Error fix #87

Changed rows(array) to copy(Access2D.wrap(array) still looking for more instances

There was a couple more changes I found that needed to be possibly changed dealing with storefactory.columns() constructor I was investigating, I’ll reopen the pull request if needed
