We need to add and configure Docker images that support both R and Python environments in our JupyterHub instance. This will allow users to work with both languages seamlessly.

This image is created and pushed to quay.io quay.io/2i2c/awi-ciroh-image:f7f6aa41555b You can find the dockerfile for this image under "r-python" branch.
