Implemented:

Shading for ideal diffuse surfaces
Shading for perfectly reflective surfaces
Stream compaction for efficient ray termination
Toggle for contiguous memory by materials
Toggle for caching the first hit of the rays for a given camera position
Toggle for depth-of-field per PBRT with jittering
Toggle for anti-aliasing with jittering
Toggle for subtly-tuned direct lighting effect
