Site Navigation

[ ] Links for Home, Sign In/Sign Out, Dashboard.
[ ] Fixed/Sticky Navigation to top of page.
[ ] Logo(Home link)

Some notes about link visibility:

Hide Dashboard if User is not signed in.
Show Dashboard if user is signed in.
Hide Sign Out if user is not signed in.
Show Sign Out if user is signed in.
Hide Sign In if user is signed in.
Show Sign In if user is not signed in.
