Incorrect element prefix - oval_org.mitre.oval_var_1711.xml #1150

The namespace is referred as oval-def. Some elements have oval-def prefix, but some don't.

As a resault JAXB unmarshall ignores the elements without prefix.

The variable "oval:org.mitre.oval:var:1711" has been updated (9ad4a9703828eee862fa99456f26f5d4862b963f).
