Ideally, be prepared to present a first draft at the next Governance meeting (7/31/18).

Suggestions from Tuesday (8/14) meeting:

"proposal" misspelled (already addressed)
clarify bullet 3 in the first list (Updating the Developer Guides, Content Repositories & most other information on this site)
