As a user I want to be able to join/leave a society #7

Ranked #8 in the focus test. A user should be able to go to any societies page and opt to "Join" it. This will make it so that they receive notifications about that society on a feed. (Note to @DanSoulman Make this dependant on a feed.)

I'm changing this one to high priority. I think this is an easy feature from implementation point of view and I can see people using this one as it will save them from the hassle of having to hunt for the soc email to sign up.
