Freqüency : 100% Steps to reproduce:

Load a GO to the scene
Select the GO with the mouse (try until a strange wireframe appears near the GO)
Remove the GO from the Hierarchy
Fatal Crash

Observations: Selecting the GO from the Hierarchy doesn't trigger the error.
