endpoint for last reading production #71

same as #70 but for production: Need a new endpoint (e.g., /api/production/last) for retrieving the last reading of production data. Parameters: userID and token.

@danielmiorandi for now we are not caching any data, but is it fine if on this call we return you the most recent month's data.?

nop, production/consumption data come with a much finer granularity (15’ down to 60”). The last value is actually a way of approximating the current production/consumption figure.

@danielmiorandi Ok I will mail reply about it since they have not yet given me an API call for this.
