Thanks for the pull request! It's an interesting feature, but unfortunately I don't think it fits within the scope of CJB Cheats Menu and it'd be hard to make it intuitive within its UI design. It could be useful in a mod like Quality Scrubber or Sell Quality though, or as its own mod (e.g. based on a hotkey or inventory button).
