Add level selector to mine and skull cavern warps. #209

Adds a mine level selector to the mine and skull cavern warps.

Created a new option type to allow selecting a number.
Split common code from the button option and number option into a base class
Moved skull cavern warp for level 0 to before the skull key door
Added number selectors to Mines and Skull Cavern warp

Skull Cavern warp goes up to 999,999, except skull cavern floor 77257 as this floor does not exist, that one maps to the quarry mine where you get the golden scythe.

Thanks for the pull request! I'm mostly focusing on updates for Stardew Valley 1.6 for now, but I'll review and merge this when I start on the upcoming CJB Cheats Menu 1.36.0.
