Game crashes when I break a double vertical slab and interact with it. The first image is of me loading the world and how it's supposed to be normally. Circled is the exact block which I interacted with when it was broken. I have had issues losing items while playing around with the broken slab however I'm unsure of how exactly I did that. None of this is an issue with horizontal slabs.
