charging sensor with attributes #39

First stab at creating a charging sensor. I suspect you had something clever in mind to manage sensor attributes, so feel free to ignore.

It had only limited testing with pure EV vehicle. I have no idea how this sensor works on vehicle with an IC engine or a hybrid.
