Please publish to npm #28

Tried installing via npm i regulex but apparently this package is not published to the registry. When examples mention require('regulex'), it kind of confuses when package is not found and you need to clone and build it manually.

Finally finished. （I doubt if I have a phobia for NPM :laughing: ）
