When an army is in b_rianbar (province id 240), they are standing in b_illuin (province id 2754), the barony directly north within the same county. The army in this screenshot is in the highlighted barony. 2024_03_21_5

A bunch of provinces in Pezarsan seem to have utterly broken locators, though notably these only seem to be broken for travelling, not for armies

b_an_bakh (813) -> b_dar_iza (816)
b_an_bakh (813) -> b_oud_pezar (816)
b_an_bakh (813) -> b_mahajeer (814)
b_an_bakh (813) -> probably all other neighbours
b_rakhar (815) -> b_kubadaj (839)
Likely a bunch more in the area

Because travel routes can get very confusing, this is difficult to test
