Coat of Arms emblems being green instead of blue #819

Since the green is color2 in the game, this causes said emblem (which only has one color) to have 2 color slots, color1 and color2. The color1 slot does nothing, while the color2 slot is where the actual color comes from.

Having these green and not blue will cause issues in the future when we fix them (and might mess up existing ones) so changing these as quick as possible should be a priority!

image why are these two the same but one is pink, wouldn't this cause problems to?
