File format of .names and .lrn file

ABAWACA requires a .names and .lrn file as input. What information should be contained in these files and what is the expect format?

ABAWACA takes the file generated by this script: https://github.com/CK7/esom/blob/master/prepare_esom_files.pl That's the same input generated for ESOM (e.g. Dick et al, Ganome Biology, 2009; Sharon et al, Genome Research, 2013).
