This will require CSS changes. If I can put inline styling in for now to override the CSS, this could be an option for Phase 1, however I'm not sure if that is okay and it will mean Tracey/Paula have to copy this into each time the have a list.
I would suggest making this a Phase 2 item and not messing with anything for now. Overall, I think the formatting looks good and trying to rig it may create more inconsistencies.
I added a rule for nested list items.
