Hero Home page Module - scaling orange overlay #44

When in desktop breakpoint size, we should look at scaling both the headline and sub copy line size down so the orange bar isn't so tall. Maybe increase the width of the text box in this display size as well. Right now the orange box takes up 2/3rds of the image. Let's see if we can get this down to under half.

I have put in quite a few breakpoints for the font size and width of the text box. It is scaling much better now, let me know if this is okay!
