Can star ratings at top link to ratings tab?

These are linked now. We can add the stars to all pages later- but functionality is there and on most treat pages.

The link only anchors down if you have the Ratings tab opened. If you just click on the link and its on the default details tab, nothing happens. Are we able to have it open up the ratings tab if they click on the rating stars and are on a different tab?

@sarahbrule, which browser are you in, and what is the URL? if you look at https://stage.zukes.com/dog-treats/meaty/hip-action/ do you still have the issue?
