Generate prettier PDFs from documents (like requirements) #123
For comfortable viewing and printing, we'd like a simple template that adds things like a clariah logo to documents such as the various requirements documents.
The PDF is in turn generated from Markdown via pandoc and xelatex, via a simple Makefile
