closing vocabulary discussions: adding requirements for TRL, research domain and research activity #138
This PR aims to close all open vocabulary discussions (CLARIAH/clariah-plus#32, CLARIAH/clariah-plus#98) by making the final choices for prescribed vocabularies. In accordance with what was more or less decided at the Tech Day yesterday, we take Ineo's chosen vocabularies regarding research activities (TaDiRaH, as used by DARIAH) and research domains (NWO research fields) to be leading. The former has the big advantage of already be an established and used ontology. The latter I still will need to reformulate as Linked Open Data. This choice does imply that some of the earlier vocabularies from @JanOdijk 's metadata for tools CMDI project will not be reused/prescribed, but it seems there is more consensus to seek alignment with Ineo's choices and facilitate interoperability with Ineo.
@roelandordelman @tvermaut : Can you guys please approve or comment on this? And please also look at https://github.com/CLARIAH/tool-discovery/pull/16 (TRL) which is related to this one and still a suggestion for simplification that we might want to go with.
