Inventarise the info we want in the vocab review tab #68

What information do we want to show in the review tab. From the IG sketch:

  1. Metadata a. Description of a vocab b. Reference or resource c. Domain d. Function e. License
  2. Sustainability Assessment a. Persistency b. Versioning policy
  3. Semantic drift
  4. Positive/negative experiences
  5. Usage a. Links to datasets b. Statistics c. Links to authoraties

The metadata overlaps with what is already in other tabs, but our form to add new vocabs will need these fields.

Maybe we could get inspiration from https://prefix.cc/. They provide a means to upvote a prefix, show list of most popular or latest prefixes. It seems as a fairly simple, but functional interface. Maybe it could also be a source of statistical information per prefix?

Should we list whether the vocabs are providing information for concepts in the past like when the semantics of a concept changes at some point? Or concepts are removed. Probably not som many have something like a Memento API capability, but this might be en interesting discussion topic: http://timetravel.mementoweb.org/guide/api/#memento-json This was discussed within the NDE architecture board as well.
