Identify ELAN specific custom properties (for Web Annotation im/export) #80
Sketch an ELAN namespace comprising properties that are not part of the Web Annotation standard and that would allow to capture a more complete representation of an ELAN document.
The list should be as short as possible and should not overlap custom properties agreed on within CLARIAH or other common vocabularies. IIF AV specs will be considered as well. (See also #55 and #79)
