  • Run the Cliopatria Docker with amalgame
  • load two vocabularies
  • create a strategy
  • export alignment

@biktorrr It would be helpful if you could provide an example alignment coming from amalgame that you have already done. It's just for the sake of having an example. So you could throw in something you have from the ships and sailors, or...

Here is a Europeanaconnect deliverable from a while back that lists and shows some amalgame alignment workflows. It is probably using an earlier version of amalgame but hope it helps.

@biktorrr I was hoping you had some concrete examples of the result of an alignment between several sources. The Europeana document lists some alignments, but the actual output of the process, the list of links that are made between the sources is missing. Despite that it is a helpful document of course. But for FAIR vocabularies we now need examples of the output. It seems as if the Europeana work is not longer available? Otherwise that would have been a nice source for examples.

Here are two turtle files with correspondences that are the result of an alignment made in Amalgame (from Dutch Ships and Sailors): https://github.com/biktorrr/dss/blob/master/rdf/alignments/al_all_place_2_geonames.ttl

https://github.com/biktorrr/dss/blob/master/rdf/alignments/ranks_and_shiptypes_1.ttl

And here are a few ttl files with correspndences made in Amalgame for the Amsterdam Museum dataset:
