Pilot mode

As a first step to deployment to the real world, make a pilot mode.

This is a variation on test mode.

• we work with a set of test users, one of which is an admin. People can log in with one click, but they need to provide a code in order to log in
• it runs on the acceptance server
• there are empty test projects and editions
• each user is assigned as organiser to exactly one project and as editor to its only edition

No reset of data can be performed.

Instead, a snapshot can be triggered by an admin from within the application.
