Create workflow for editions #4

Inserting a new, blank edition in MongoDb already works.

An edition has also a model file on the data file share.

Uploading models already works.

The next thing is that users can create a fresh, blank scene to an edition for that model.

We have changed our thinking on editions: there is one scene file, always called voyager.svx.json and there may be multiple gltf/glb files.
