What does HDNG stand for?
Historische Databank Nederlandse Gemeenten (HDNG)
Hi @wouterbeek , the Historical Database Dutch Municipalities (HDNG) is the most recent version of what started out as the Historical Ecological Database. It contains information on all kinds of municipality characteristics (population size, migration, size of particular industries, number of cars available, etc). The data is currently available from: http://hdl.handle.net/10622/RPBVK4
Goed idee. Ik zal als ik tijd heb checken wat betrouwbare datasets zijn.
It's nice to have the municipality codes and geographical borders as Linked Data, but the purpose is also to actually depict something on the maps. For this we need at least one dataset transposed to Linked Open Data
