Do we want plug-ins? #14

Pelican supports plug-ins! Though they're not necessary, someone may want to peruse them (here) to see if any would be helpful but also simple to include.

We have two plug-ins! Do we need more? I don't want to slow down the site, but this issue is open for comment.

Closing as resolved by the plug-ins we have. Others are welcome on a need-dependent, case-by-case basis.
