GitHub link is empty #20

Recommend adding some screen-reader only text (just saying "GitHub"), or some text after the <i> (also just saying "GitHub") to clarify the link destination.

PR #27 fixes this! Woot! So we need to {: attribute='value' } with aria attributes after any element that gets converted from markdown.
