Notification: Profile picture notification must take the user to their profile page. #320

Steps: 1.U1 changes the profile picture. 2.U2 gets notification. 3.Click on notification .

Actual Result : U2 is directed to his own profile page with the changes reflected in the "Clickin' with" list/ Expected Result : On clicking on the notification the user must be navigated to U1's profile page.
