Following/Followers page - A user is able to follow himself/herself #336

User1 is a follower of User2 Steps

  1. User1 goes to User2's following's page
  2. User clicks on his/her profile picture

Expected Result: There should be no action on clicking on user's own profile picture. Actual Result: The user is taken to his/her profile page where they can follow themselves.
