When user opens the Starred notification then other user is not able to star #63

Steps: 1.1.Star one post. 2.U2 recieves a notification. 3.open this notification .' 4.U2 try to star the post

Actual Result : U2 Is unable to so so and the already starred name disappears.

Expected Result : U2 must be able to star
